OUR STORY
 

In 1924, Alden Mennonite Church was established on West Main
Street. The congregation moved to 923 Two Rod Road in 1994. Part of the current facility was formerly a Christian school. Throughout the years, the church impacted the area with church services, Bible studies, youth programs, community events, and service projects. In September of 2024, there was a "100 year celebration" in recognition of the church's Mennonite past. A large gathering was hosted, and old friends came together for a time of worship and reflection. To commemorate the new venture that was sprouting from an old foundation, a plaqued stone was placed outside the building. On May 4, 2025, Alden Christian Fellowship was officially inagurated. A new sign was unveiled, three elders were installed, and the members committed themselves to each other and the work ahead. Fundamentally, ​​Alden Christian Fellowship was “built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20)."
